Sales tax

Tax is calculated automatically from your delivery address at checkout, using the current rate for that location. If you are in a state that requires sales tax it is added to your total; if you are in a state that does not, you will see no tax line at all.

One code per order

Only one promotion or discount code applies to an order, and codes cannot be stacked. Each promotion carries its own minimum spend, so the best code for a small order is often not the best code for a large one.

If your card is declined

Nearly always this is between the card and the issuing bank rather than anything on our side. The usual causes are a billing address mismatch, a security hold triggered by an unfamiliar merchant, or available funds.

  1. Call the number on the back of the card. Your bank can see the decline reason, and we cannot.
  2. Ask them to authorise the transaction, then try again.
