A missing gift usually comes down to one of two things: the gift code was never entered, or the gift was on the order and did not make it into the box.

Start with the free gift check. Enter your order number and checkout email; the form checks your order and lets you choose one eligible gift offer and review the next step. If it cannot resolve your request, our team can help.

If you forgot to enter your gift code

Applying an eligible gift code at checkout automatically adds its gift to your cart. Reaching a spending threshold alone does not add a gift, so check that the code and gift appear before paying. Use the free gift check above to get started.

  • Not shipped yet: if your items subtotal (before shipping, tax and any discount) meets that code's minimum, the form can add the eligible gift free after you confirm.
  • Already shipped: within 7 days of your order we can still send a physical gift, and you pay $9.99 shipping for it.

Only one offer applies per order. If another code was used, the form sends the request to our team for review.

WORRYFREE adds a protection service, with no parcel or postage. PROTECTCOMBO includes that service plus a physical 16oz cleaner; after shipment, the $9.99 charge is for sending the cleaner. Protection can only be added before delivery and is not added twice.

If the gift was on your order and did not arrive

The form checks whether the gift itself was marked shipped. A confirmed missing physical gift can receive a replacement at no charge, to the address on the order. Use the free gift check above to get started.

If the gift code is not working at checkout

  1. Check that your items subtotal reaches that code's minimum.
  2. Make sure no other code is already entered. Only one code applies per order.

Returns and exchanges

You keep the free gift when you exchange an item. If you return an item for a refund and keep the gift, the full value of the gift is deducted from your refund.
