Before it ships

You can cancel any order that has not yet been fulfilled, and there is no charge for doing so.

The fastest route is the chat on this site. Ask to cancel and it will take your order number and the email you used at checkout, send a confirmation code to that address, and cancel the order once you enter it. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

After it ships

Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. It becomes a standard return instead, which means a restocking fee and round-trip shipping.

Furniture cannot be cancelled

Furniture is made to order, so those sales are final from the moment they are placed. Deposits, partial or full, are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled.
