You can cancel any order that has not yet been fulfilled, and there is no charge for doing so.

After it ships

Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. It becomes a standard return instead, which means a restocking fee and round-trip shipping.

Furniture cannot be cancelled

Furniture is made to order, so those sales are final from the moment they are placed. Deposits, partial or full, are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled.
